| The Ministry of Pastoral Relations is an advisory and support group for the clergy and church staff, serving as the liaison between the congregation and the clergy/staff. It is also responsible for updating and interpreting FCC's Personnel Policy. The committee wants the congregation to know that we are here to listen to anyone who has a personnel or policy concern.
