Have you ever thought of becoming a Stephen Minister?

Be a Positive Impact

You may not give a speech that people will be quoting for years to come and you may not perform some great feat that makes the TV evening news, but you can make an impact by answering God's call to serve. Our Stephen Ministers have a positive impact on people's lives at times when they really need someone to care. A new training class will begin in September. To find out how you can make an impact through Stephen Ministry, please attend the informational meeting on May 9 at 7:00 pm in the library or talk with one of our Stephen Ministers below.

What is Stephen Ministry?

We all experience challenges in life -- times when we could benefit from the support of a caring Christian friend. The loss of a loved one, a hospitalization, a divorce or separation, loneliness, unemployment, serious illness, depression, issues related to aging. Any one of these events can send us into a tail-spin. Stephen Ministers are ready to provide the emotional and spiritual care you need when faced with a crisis or difficulty.

We know it can be hard to ask for help and support, but if you or someone you know could benefit from a confidential relationship with an FCC Stephen Minister, we hope you will use the Referral Form below or contact one of the Stephen Leaders listed below. We are eager to hear from you.
